Mastery Errtels
How a normal errtel becomes Mastery: tiers, chance by rank and level, set bonuses and the Errtel Emblem.
A normal errtel can become a Mastery Errtel. On upgrade it loses its rank and turns Normal, Rare or Unique — according to the rank it had before.
The Errtel of Radiance is the only one that cannot be upgraded. In exchange, the normal Radiance works inside a Mastery Pentagram.

How to upgrade to Mastery
At NPC Adniel, option Mastery Errtel Upgrade. Every option from the normal errtel is inherited.

On success: Mastery Errtel level +0. On failure the errtel disappears.

Examples: Rank 1 level 3 cannot be upgraded. Rank 1 level 8 upgrades at 80%. Rank 1 at 10 with Rank 2 at 2 upgrades at 95%.
The element rules the option
On upgrade, every option that names an element is converted to the errtel's own element.
An Errtel of Blessing (Fire) with the option "Target Water type DEF increases"...
...becomes "Target Fire type DEF increases" after the upgrade.
